Since I am behind on some posts that I would like to write about... figured I would combine what I can into this one! I keep coming to blogger with the intention of writing a new post but then I either a) get distracted or b) just really lack the motivation to write something! Mostly cause I get distracted doing something else. haha. Also, haven't been feeling all that well lately. I am on this antibiotic which is making me feel awful! The side effects? Upset stomach, lack of appetite and lots of other not fun things! I definitely have the upset stomach feeling almost 24/7, it sucks! Anyways on to the updates!

Zoie started kindergarten today!
Yeap, that's right! My lil "baby" is a kindergartner now! Yes, that is a school uniform. There are several reasons why we {we as in my mom, lol} decided to send Zoie to a private school rather then a public school. 1)My mom lives in Bethalto and I live in Roxana, 2 different school districts and being as my mom watches Zoie and she picks up the grandchildren from school, it'd be easier on her to send her to the private school. 2)With all that Benzene gas stuff going on in Roxana, the less Zo can be exposed to it, the better! 3)Smaller class size! WAY smaller. Good for Zoie! She is very smart but sometimes she acts dumb and we need help getting her out of that. 4)Honestly, it's a good school and she has friends there, since she went there for preschool.

Of course, I went into work late this morning so I could go with Zo and my mom to drop her off. My sister Holly came by the kindergarten room to see her, since she was dropping my nephew Robby off. {He is in 6th grade there.}
Ugh, it's really hard to concentrate writing this... My mind is going everywhere since I do not feel good, not good what so ever!
So.... Zo's first {half} day as a kindergartner went well. One of her best friend's go to school with her, Avery. Although yesterday when I asked Zo if she was excited to go to school, she told me no because Meredith wasn't going to be there. There was even real tears when she said that. {Meredith is going to the public school} But she'll be fine! There is 11 boys in her class and only 4 girls! Ohhhh boy. Boys be warned, my bf is a ninja! haha. I am sure the 4 girls will be really close before I know it! And just an fyi Zoie... You better not come home with any boyfriends!!! I'm not ready for that yet!!! lol.
Anyways... Update #2... I want to give a big shout out and congratulations to my boyfriend, Glen. He just got a promotion at work! Yes, he may work long odd hours but it will be worth it in the end! He is so deserving of this, he works so hard at work and then even comes home and puts a ton of effort in at my house helping me with chores and such! I really couldn't have asked for a better boyfriend and I am so happy that you got this! Well deserved babe!
Update #3... Cutting the cord.... Still going GREAT without Dish... WAY better then I imagined.
Update #4... Weekend Wrap Up.... The weekend was pretty relaxing. Sunday went swimming, again. But this time we took Glen's niece and nephew {Avita and John}. We had a pretty good time but it wasn't the hottest day and the wind was going pretty good, so the pool wasn't as enjoyable as it usually is but still fun nonetheless.
Blah... my mind is going blank, it hurts soooo bad. So I am going to wrap this up! Hopefully y'all have a great day!
