My blog break has been going pretty good. I have been EXTREMELY busy.
This weekend we had Zoie's dance competition.
They got gold!
(but at this dance comp the awards go Platinum, High Gold, Gold, High Silver, and then Silver)
All the competitions are different...
Whatever happened to Gold, Silver, and Bronze??? Blah! Who knows.
I do know for sure at the last competition they did get 3rd for the age group! :)
We have 2 more competitions and then it will be Nationals!
After the dance comp, we got home early enough we decide to
camp in the backyard just for the heck of it!
Glen, bought a new tent and we needed to put it up to make sure we had all the parts and that nothing was "broken". Thankfully everything was good.
On Sunday, we went to see Disney on Ice!
And we were in the FRONT ROW!
PLUS, Zoie had nooooooo idea that we were going!
It was a totally surprise and she LOVED it!
Although the bummer about that was that my debit card was declined at one of the vendors at Scott Trade (my bank thought it was suspicious activity, I knew I had PLENTY of money in the bank!) So we were stuck with only being able to get a snow cone in a cinderalla cup! Big poop heads!
Anyways, I gotta go!
Oh before I head off... I get an entire week off of work tomorrow.
Hopefully it will be the time I've been needing to get my head back in the game!
The last time I took VACATION was in 2009, I think this is LONG overdue!
Although, I'm not going anywhere... But it will be good to just be home!
