
Ahhhh, today is the day!
The day I take losing weight a hell of a lot more serious than what I have been since New Years. I have made the appropriate steps so far for getting healthy like:
1) I am no longer drinking any sort of soda. Regular or Diet!
(If we go out to eat, I may cheat and just have a sip of Glen's but I get water)
I drink mostly water... sometimes some juice... But that's it.
2) Since cutting out soda, I've noticed that my sugar cravings have dramatically decreased!
And I'm doing much better about not snacking on sugary treats. But you can't rule your diet with an iron fist, otherwise you are setting yourself up to fail!
3) I haven't had any fast food since the new years!
(Besides the few fries I stole from Zoie.)
4) I have been doing a lil bit of exercise (really not much)
So I need to step it up!
Why have I decided to take it more seriously?
Mainly because at the end of June, I will be going to Panama City Beach, FL!
WOOT! WOOT!
I am suuuuuuper excited! Bet ya can't tell!
Zoie has her dance nationals there, so what better excuse to use it as vacation time?
Already have our place of stay picked out... RIGHT on the beach!
So I MUST must must get a "beach bod" by then.
MUST.
Like I said, I have a good start...
But I need to put my nose to the grind stone!
I will try my best to track my progress and share the results here!
Any tips?? Or suggestions?
