Two posts in one day? WOW, you must be really lucky! No really, it's just me trying to catch up on my 365 pictures... Here is day number two. It's what we smoked in our electric smoker. Pork shoulder roast (from a freshly butchered pig), smoked corn on the cob, "Red Lobster" biscuits, and some baked beans. DELICIOUS.
